You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before using it for any purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Subscription fees are billed in advance with automatic renewal unless cancelled. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers (refunds processed within 5-10 business days). You're responsible for applicable taxes.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages. AI-generated content may not always meet expectations and should be reviewed before use. You use the service at your own risk.

These terms are governed by California law, United States. We encourage informal resolution first. For disputes over $10,000, binding arbitration applies. California state courts have jurisdiction.
