By using VidpaiAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
VidpaiAI is a desktop application for AI-powered video creation. The software runs locally on your device using open-source AI models. You may optionally connect your own cloud AI API keys for additional features.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use VidpaiAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may use VidpaiAI for lawful purposes only. You must not:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you create. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own all content you create using VidpaiAI. You may use, export, and monetize your content as you wish. You must have legal rights to any materials you upload. VidpaiAI retains all rights to the software, platform, and technology.
AI-generated content may have special copyright considerations. Consult legal counsel if using AI-generated content commercially in jurisdictions with specific AI content regulations.
VidpaiAI integrates open-source AI models (NVIDIA Parakeet, OpenAI Whisper, Kokoro) that run locally on your device. You may optionally connect your own API keys to cloud-based AI services (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.). When using cloud APIs, your data is sent directly to the provider and VidpaiAI does not intercept or process it.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
VidpaiAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NVIDIA, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI model providers.
All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Creem's terms of service. Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions (monthly/annual) or lifetime licenses. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals beyond the initial 14-day period.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@vidpai.com. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Creem customer portal or by contacting us at hello@vidpai.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
VidpaiAI is a desktop software application provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
This section limits our legal liability. By using VidpaiAI, you agree to these limitations.
Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidpaiAI's total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, loss of data, costs of substitute services, or reputational harm.
Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, you must review all content before use, running AI models requires adequate hardware, you are responsible for backing up your data, and you use the software at your own risk.
Third-Party Services: VidpaiAI integrates open-source models and allows optional connections to third-party APIs. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or data handling of these third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create illegal or prohibited content, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, your subscription access will end. Your content remains on your local device. No refunds for partial billing periods.
These Terms are governed by California law. Before filing any legal claim, please contact us at hello@vidpai.com to attempt informal resolution.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in California state and federal courts, as applicable. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class action rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights; we may assign our rights at any time.
